Getting back in the groove

I spent most of last week sick in bed and have really struggled this week getting back on my normal schedule.  You know what though?  This is NORMAL!

I was way off my schedule yesterday so last night I decided to get back into routine in baby steps.  This morning I didn’t press snooze but did lay in bed longer than I normally would.  I was awake though so that counts right haha?  Time to get back onto the healthy eating, drinking lots of water and working out train though.  Why is it always so hard to get back to your normal routine?

What does everyone else do to get back in their groove after a holiday or a week away?
